Great meeting today with Matt! We are on track for everything that was PRd including the S-1 filing for Baron in July for SEC reporting status. He did want me to relay a message for those who want to invest privately to reach out to him directly by email. In the subject line of the email put the words "PPM Opportunity". He will email every interested investor an investors questionnaire and will ask you to return it to him.

I signed an NDA with Matt so I cannot provide other details of our meeting only to say that the coming weeks are going to be very exciting for all BCAP investors, both private and public investors.
