AVEO, why didn't Rosen sue THEM? Why is the SEC fining them a mere 4 million when the investors lost much more than that (and the INVESTORS don't get any of that 4 million)?

This looks like criminal behavior, and yet no criminal charges. Toothless SEC. Stock market remains the wild west.

Utterly disgusting that the ambulance chaser lawyers didn't go after AVEO and drive them into the ground. I guess if you have to actually pursue a real lawsuit, it's too much trouble.
