ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures (UVXY) jumped from $21.25 to $25.25 in just a few short days last week but is pulling back. UVXY is a good ETF to own only when the market is dropping. Sell when it spikes or buy to hedge stock market long ETF's.
