I suggest anyone still in DIDG - or considering getting in or increasing their position going forward - ignores any pumping or bashing posted on iHub and Twitter and just makes their own evaluation based on facts and what they see unfold on Level 2 during trading hours.
If you re-read the backstory here as it unfolded, note that:
Gary never stated that he had backed out of considering being the Emergency Custodian of DIDG.
He did state in an e-mail to Remuda that he was not interested in working with them.
Stock Dok resigned from Remuda before he sold his DIDG shares.
It is not known if Remuda still have a position in DIDG - personally I believe they are stuck in it above .0010 from a previous 2015 bag [but that is just my opinion]. Note the reference in their latest Tweet "...so we could add..." as in average down rather than "buy".
It is being incorrectly stated elsewhere that DIDG is being revoked / delisted tomorrow. It is my understanding that Nevada SOS would have revoked DIDG on March 31 (Thursday not tomorrow - Wednesday) for inactivity had a filing not been made for Emergency Custodianship. The Stock Dok Tweet states that the necessary filing is being completed now that Gary has agreed to be the Emergency Custodian.
Once Emergency Custodianship has been granted, then there will be some sort of process to ratify Gary as the DIDG President / CEO - probably a shareholder meeting or ballot.
