Microstrategy did the same thing as this Years ago:
.50 cents will put NTEK at 895 million. That's including the remaining 52 million or so shares in the AS. If they have to RS 1:4 after they reach .50 cents to get to the $2.00 minimum so be it but the revs will already be there.
