No...six of the ten of those nations have Single Payer Health Care. France, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia do not. Another nation that is a two-tier/multi is Spain(fyi).
They can not keep up with the costs(single payer)...and those citizens notice such. France, by the way, is considered to have the best healthcare. The United States has the best hospitals collectively....everybody knows that though.
I think Bernie forgets ... that To be fully covered with Medicare...you still need two-tier. That is why you have supplemental insurance.

Ironically...it looks as though I would not be entitled if i lived in spain as a resident and bought and sold stock for myself...as a living. I would still be entitled and allowed to purchase it though.
In this country ..with it's current "Mandate"....if I do not purchase health insurance by the deadline....I can not purchase until next year.
