Beyond the alleged chicanery, the NSS looms large IMO.
One thing that sticks out in my mind and I never posted it because we had enough bashers is/was how some of those early pics of rigs, workers, oil and Bull just seemed so staged. No hardhats? Smoking?? Is that how it often is with the small operations? I know little/nothing about field ops, but often thought Treaty was a walking OSHA violation.
Let's hope if we get untracked that the BOD steers clear of any toxic financing, too. Seeing an S-1 before a 10-Q would be devastating. I vote for a NOBO/OBO and see what get flushed out of the weeds, then evaluate options for raising capital. Hopefully, such plans are already being developed by this new BOD.
