I don't know that I would automatically conclude that Dr. Trust does no work for CTIX any more. From what was posted, "not taking any new clients" implies that existing clients may be grandfathered in. I doubt there is any direct conflict between CTIX and OPK, having been a shareholder in both for years.
I know when I was actively doing consulting gigs, I always insisted on my own non-exclusivity clause. Some clients would otherwise sign you to a contract which would prevent you from doing work for anyone else - regardless of whether they were giving you work (and pay) or not.
Suggest we either address the question to Leo or just wait until we hear.
