Re: Coat Tail Rider #1838
I haven't admitted I was wrong. I am however willing to make such a declaration. I asked SFRX to basically prove 4 things, and we can go from there.
Provide proof of the "3 items" needed for conversion to a full salvage permit as stated in the 8/11/14 PR, "3 items" was also mentioned by an Ihub member in a 8/31/14 post.
In items 82 and 83 in the original complaint they suggested to the Court that they had 80/20 salvage rights, that coins had been found on the current site by the company's archaeologist, and that the name of the Captain's wife was inscribed on platters found at the site. Items 82 and 83 were in response to posts made by the Defendant.
See items 82 and 83 here: https://www.scribd.com/doc/270686345/Seafarer-Complaint
If by 5 pm Thursday SFRX provides proof to back their claims, I will admit I was wrong and correct the record. Further, I will look at other corrections I may need to make, and that will be done on a case by case basis.
This should be information SFRX has readily available, and SFRX even suggested the Defendant could have obtained this information.
So let's see it. They essentially have 3 business days, which is more than adequate. If they do respond to my RFI's with proper documentation, then I am more than willing to admit I was wrong.
I look forward to hearing from them soon. I would think shareholders, who apparently have urged Kyle to file a lawsuit, according to the notification I received, would want this to end quickly. At this point it is up to SFRX.
Have a nice day!
