yea Goober just compare the Feb 2013 to June 2013 chart
action to the Oct 2015 action to right now.
Both show an almost exact 18 week downtrend count and then
3 week power uptrend to equal the prior highs.
This fact makes it HIGH ODDS we still have 3 more STRONG WEEKS ahead after this week to completely duplicate the
June-July 2013 pattern.
And even if that pattern doesn't play out in the next 3 weeks
and the action stalls out here around .01..All that means is
we would switch into a BULLISH "Reverse Head n Shoulders"
pattern in the next few weeks, which when broken out of
will still take us to the same upside target of .04.
So imo we're going to .04 regardless. its just a question of if we
get there in the next 3 weeks or if we get there in 3-6 months.
