First of all, barring a wipeout of the GOP Senate majority, there is not going to be any sweeping implementation of either Dem candidates program.

Secondly, Trump would face the same constraints, maybe more so. I don't think he can save the 'down ticket', the Senators in Blue and Purple States who will be saddled trying to defend Trump, or repudiate him. (Hint, kiss good bye at least some the GOP Senators
who've agreed to meet with Justice Garland.

Give me a cogent argument for Trump's, Cruz's OR Kasich's 'proposals' and I won't give you a blank stare.
