Interesting. Actually, I found Sason's email response to be more interesting.
Remember, it was Discover Growth Fund who screwed us over. Magna only came in with toxic financing after to take out Discover. In some ways, Magna is on our side. Not only did they take out Discover, but they keep signing Leak Out Agreements when they are under ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION TO DO SO.
They are what they are - payday loan sharks. But they bailed us out when they were the only lenders who would assist us.
Do I like them? No. But have they done anything wrong (legally, not morally)? Probably not.
