41M volume so far today - almost all at .0002.
Ask unchanged - just 38M at .0003 - 30M cancelled since last visible.
Nobody who bought today flipping - all holding for March 31 record date to get shares in SJR - a new, no convertible debt company that will also not be subject to a DTC chill (although the DTC chill did not stop INCC running to .02+ - all the OTC friendly brokers trade it).
