The President of INCC is not the President of SJR.
The SJR shares being distributed are not a dividend.
SJR is a new, no debt company which will apply to go public with it's own ticker - INCC is not being changed to SJR.
SJR has hired a professional, brand imaging consultant company.
SJR intends to update it's new shareholders twice a month.
