Still rising . $1.75 was the last trade I have seen and on light volume
Was hoping for a million share day. When the actual case dismissal comes may get it then.
Not really up to date on what the judge can rule , but some think she could order Rosen to pay Sullivan's fees. Being they are being paid in the form of warrants at $1.70 strike PPS wonder how that would work as Sullivan most likely will hold for a much higher PPS
