My guess is most news-based hype isn't working anymore. What happened last year must have scared off a lot of people who aren't likely to come back until uplisting is complete. Without that, there's nothing stopping OTC from slapping it down again if things turn bullish. That's the only thing I can see working now, aside from some really solid financials.
