It's real simple.
You think not getting the A/S raised is a bad thing and you think GC and the gang screwed up royally by not knowing the protocols and filing procedures, which in turn lead / forced them to postpone the increase.
I think not getting the A/S raised is a good thing. I also think they took the money and ran. They knew they would need money (the initial loan) and just had no intentions of raising the share count to begin with. They never intended to from the start. And they expect to have something lined up by Summer.
It's ok to disagree and have a discussion.
