O.K. another shoe has dropped as expected in Sullivan's filing for dismissal has been made. So as far as the legal stuff weighing on CTIX the next shoe drop would be on the JUDGE doing her job of ACTUALLY dismissing the frivolous case. At least that's what I am expecting. Not sure of the timing on that but do expect some kind of maneuver to forestall that judgement in that THEY and we KNOW whats coming after that.

Also now sure what kind of impact each of these three legal events will have on the PPS of CTIX other than all positive. All this legal stuff seems to take as LONG as a PHASE trial. What will really get the PPS of CTIX moving higher IMO is still more based on the positive advancement of all the ongoing trial studies.
