Is it possible that the SEC thinks that there is important information in the 10k investors may need to help make an educated decision before the proxy goes out? Meaning are they following our story? Why else would the SEC make them put out the 10K first and what got the SEC attention? Ambs filed their 10k last year in mid-April after an NT-10k was filled at the end of March....Is this too far reaching?
