Not sure what the time frame is here but I have heard there is new blood coming into the corporate side of the company, I am sure there will need to be a private placement to pay for the upgrade to the OTC however the current share structure is so low that it should not show signs of dilution.
Their 51% ownership of UIT products will lift this company to new hieghts once they start introducing the products which include saran gas detectors for shipping containers, and other gas detectors for industry. The marijuana detector for law enforcement is a big bonus but there may be some size restraints that they will need to overcome

They just need to get the products known to the public and I have a feeling it should happen soon, my best guess is within the next 4 weeks, however I have no real knowledge of the time line.
