Ok, So AA,
There is an April 30th deadline which will cause an all out assault on the otherwise decimated share price because of the Leak Out Trigger unless there's a written agreement AND on top of that the May 18th deadline that you are referring to...
But
That's the "goof" I was speaking of. Don't tell me that the oversight on filing the 10k and the MASSIVE penalties and implications were entirely over-looked when they said, meh we'll get to it in Summer...
I am not buying that for a second. Nor am I buying that Anson would say suuuure no worries we'll let you just rework the deal without more penalties. Where do we sign?
That's why I believe there is something else going on behind the scenes.
