I don't know how you can read the following tweet and not believe it was a goof or an error.

I will be glad when we have a week that goes by without a goof or an error. I think legal counsel should have been fired when the last proxies were late prior to uplist attempt and we had to keep adjourning due to a lack of a quorum. This isn't Wachtell or Skadden. It is a conflicted penny stock law firm. Sheer goofs and errors seem common.
