That seems to be the prevailing theory by most around here. The judge has to give them reasonable accommodations to make their case otherwise there is risk of further litigation proceedings based on the plaintiff sighting a mishandled process. I don't know the legal terminology, but I think you know what I am saying. This makes the most logical sense to me, but I am not going to hold my breath until it is finally dropped once and for all. I just hope that happens sooner than later.


In case the judge is reading this, I am ok with the dismissal happening next week.
