Unfortunately, it is not great news and GC is not walking away from them.
GC was informed by the SEC that we had to file our 10K first before raising the A/S.
He still intends to do it and close a deal with Anson following the annual meeting (short of a white knight swooping in).
Anson has our feet to the fire. If we don't raise the A/S to 500M, they can force the company to buy back all of the Series H they hold at 130%.
We are still raising the A/S to 500M. We just had to delay due the incompetence of AMBS.
And yes, that is the same Anson as in your article.
When AMBS filed the form of warrant for the last Series H round as an exhibit to the 8K, they did so with the purchaser's name included. Anson.
