Suggest you contact the NTEK mgt team directly via EM regarding the buyback and no R/S. Its fine also posting this on the forums but I know personally the management team reads shareholders EM's and you will be sure to get your message across much more effectively via direct EM.

This is the only means you can be sure your voice will be heard.

I'm neutral on the R/S but am hugely in favor of a buyback and am buying more shares next week with or without a R/S
