Why is that...
You should spend some time in a homeless shelter...
Most got $200 in food stamps and $100-200 in cash allowance...
Food was free at the shelter, so there were people that would come around and offer .25-.50 on the dollar for food cards...
200 guys in a shelter a month .50-.75 profit. that is 20-30K per month x 12 months
$240,000-360,000 per year...and 1 small city...
Only people I know of that could launder that much $$$ is, Grocery Stores...
