On behalf of my group and myself we are in total agreement with you. We all put our faith, trust and $$$$ in "NTEK" Dave Foley and the entire production and management team. We believed, backed and had faith in the technology in both NTEK "UltraFlix" and NTGL. Many in our group invested in the .05 to .08 range and as we saw how UltraFlix was progressing and the shares were being diluted we doubled down keeping our faith and our support in Dave Foley / NTEK.
Our group in total own approximately 120 million shares and we are in total agreement in a buyback plan and we are against a R/S.
Mr. Foley, NTEK Managment and to the Board of Directors, on behalf of everyone in my group, myself and to every long shareholder that had put our trust and faith in you, we ask to not disappoint us and consider a buyback plan instead of a R/S
