We as Shareholders are sitting at massive losses not because we "trusted the science" as Gerald so often asked us to do, but because we trusted the management. The science does us no good if we are diluted out of the picture. Sounds like Gerald with his (seasoned veterans ) by using the same attorney as the toxics knew what the result to shareholders would be, but we have been too busy trusting the science while they were busy screwing us. Sorry, I no longer believe that the outcome of getting in bed with the toxics was a suprise to management.
