Bill I agree most part with R/S's but most times companies R/S is that Co has fallen below threshold for listing for over 30 days- use Nasd as an example - has to remain above $1 so when below for 30 days they R/S to get above price and shorty jumps in on the R/S -- on an up - list I don't see it the same as well as the share reduction for listing purposes.

This is just my humble opinion and Jerry will get us there his way - whatever method he chooses will be fine by me
