I know SFRX didn't show up for a hearing, and the presiding Judge at the time eventually "plead guilty" and stepped down.

Now there's a new Judge. But if the Defendant was suppose to show up, as you suggest, why wasn't a warrant issued for his arrest?
Are the Judge's afraid the Defendant is going to post something bad about them and make their "stock" go down or something? Is that why they just let him not show, as you suggest he was suppose to?
Do tell......
Or are you falling for the numerous Huffman excuses as to why he can't take the Pro Se Defendant down?
At some point Kyle is sure to figure out Huffman is out of his league. When you have to resort to LYING, that should be a clue.
