Muscleshoals: I feel everyone following this board could (not forgetting: should) endorse your summing up of the present situation.
That 10K should be filed some time during the next few 'market open' days, and that will bring clarity and certainty after a lengthy period of no updates going back to the momentous PR last October.
Lastly, as you note, "buying on the ask the last 3 trading days" has provided various bullish indicators that are usually reliable and actionable.
I look forward to seeing today's market action in GDSI.
