from what i understood the increase from 150m to 500m was a demand by an investor that was willing to give AMBS 5m but in return they wanted more protection, hence the increase request in authorized shares.

I don't believe the investor is a toxic but i could be wrong here, i don't know for certain.

gerald is reworking the plan to fund ESS, so i'm curious what he will say to us in the update we'll be getting from him (hopefully soon).

Some clarity on whats going on is much needed from the company.
