1 billion comes from posts on other boards like this...if the TF keep us going down like they are then it might happen.
If nothing changes such as news ... With the convertibles stated above plus the already 31 million O/S shares there would be 142.5 million O/S .
Right now market cap is around $2 million with 31 O/S .
So 142.5 would bring us to .015 pennies !!!
If the next $5 million investment is sold at ( let's say ) .05 that would add
Another 100 million O/S shares bringing us to around 250 million shares and probably sub penny even before we reach the 500 million .
