Please give a complete understanding of this. My guess is GC is giving a quote for volume production of various size air-cooled engines, besides the cost of the two that are to be retrofitted as well as other wording for ordering, shipping, repair warranties, parts, etc., no?
"...As soon as that is done, we will start on them." When the contracts are approved by both GC and Chinese, then GC says COTE will retrofit these two engines, true?
