Will become effective 20 calendar days after the mailing of this Information Statement
mailing date anticipated to be on or about April 21, 2016. .
As part of the Rollback,
each shareholders shares will be rolled back 200 to 1 .
The Corporate Action described above automatically will be effective , and may be implemented by the Company, 20 days after the date that this Information Statement is mailed to the stockholders of the Company. Is that May 11th 2016 ?!
The Reverse shall require the approval of FINRA prior to becoming effective .
