Not necessarily - I'm aware of the new Remuda play - that doesn't mean they might not come back to this and / or any of the options I listed earlier. They only jumped on the stock they did because today is National Puppy Day - probably pre-planned for today because of that.
Remember they came back to DIDG several months after their money got trapped in it.
Someone is bidding 400M>570M for a reason - they wouldn't do that if they didn't want the shares for a reason.
