I would like to add that shorting and toxic financing should both be banned imo.
People who try to make a dollar that way by destroying a company are influencing other people's lives with it (for example, people who are waiting for cures or treatment of drugs).
Good companies get destroyed by people with greed, its a fact!
Also the constant bashing and lies by people who are short and have a hidden agenda just make me sick.
but i'm sure karma will bite them back in the @$$ one day!
