The officers and employees of NTEK have done an amazing job in their respective fields in bringing forth new technology in the fast developing 4k market. It is big reason I invested all or nothing here because I believe in the people, their expertise , talent and dedication. I believe NTEK could be to 4K what NTFX is to HD. That said, I think Peter Riordan was brought in as the finance guru and maybe that didn't work out as plan because suddenly at the end of the year he left the company. I am left with the speculation that maybe he was forced out after the audit fiasco in which he reportedly was devoting his full time attention to and the financing aspects which led to several major dilutions resulting in share price collapse. How does one leave a company that everyone else in the company believes so much in that they have bought shares, not sold shares and rejected past buyout inquiries. I think, maybe mistakenly, that his departure was not for a better opportunity but for reasons internally which cannot be shared. That said we can only hope that a new CFO would lead the company to the promise land.
