Denny I agree with BB here's why. Think about the sequence
of events we have witnessed in the past 2 months and it all
makes sense that NTEK has found WHALES to give them
FUNDING in a NON-DILUTIVE way. Just like BB says
most likely with a Major Fortune 500 company like with
one of the Major Studios Paramount as example.

The evidence is the Share Issuing has completely stopped.
The trading in the stock has totally 'calmed'.
We've seen major improvements fundamentally in almost
every area with UF. This has impressed the WHALES
they have found.

But the Biggest Clue WHALES have been found is NTEK
is 'NOT' putting out a SHL while all this has been going on.
In other words it tells you something REALLY BIG is going
on behind the scenes and NTEK wants to keep it all
hush hush until all the I's and Ts are finalized.
