CTIX has a bigger pipeline than CPXX plus they seem to be doing ONE drug study at a time and CTIX is juggling four. They are going to be issuing more stock to get needed funds which tells me no partnering (at least not yet). CTIX currently has enough money and P could prove out to pay all bills later. They do not have DF and the Mayo Clinic, CTIX does.
Guess it depends on how you weigh assets, potential and who your working with. Share count is an important factor BUT is only one factor.
