Many things to digest today no matter what board you are allowed on:

1. Even after last years proxy debacle, GC and team didn't know they needed to submit a 10k to move vote forward. Unforgivable.

2. Only way I see for funding of ESS which will now be delayed even further, is through continued dilution so expect pps to head towards .02 - .05 near term. Again, unforgivable.

3. GC's last tweet tries to throw an underhanded curve ball at Military to help fund ESS so that "no soldier defending America goes untreated." Slimy. If he had his business in order we would not be where we are today.

Several things come to mind today as a think of AMBS employees working in the office:
1. Episodes of the Keystone Cops
2. Episodes of the Three Stooges
3. The music from the Benny Hill show during skits where everyone runs around the screen real fast.

Today is another blow to everyone involved.

If GC ever turns this around, he will go from Zero to Hero overnight, but I'm not holding my breath. Expectations at this point are very low.
