Yes that's just a known fact companys settleing puts a target on you.do I think this will be a long drawn out legal matter. Nope hjoe knew what is going to come to when they did not give kbm what they wanted. Hjoe knew it would end up in court and it's obvious that hjoe felt strongly about there case. This case will probley be settled my guess by summer but will be on hjoes terms . No facts just my opinion
