When American troop are part of a UN peace keeping team, yeah, no problems.
Perhaps you can name the 'lessor' countries that are 'dictating' U.S, policy? Not counting Israel's attempts of course!
With an IQ of 168, a gnat's hair from OCS? You realize that the standards are much, much lower than that, right?
Very few candidates admitted to the Service Academies have an IQ score anywhere near that.
