I would keep in mind in most legal matters its best not to release anything until the legal matters are settled. Hjoe is doing the right thing by standing there ground . In my opinion hjoe probley has a pretty good case against kbm . Yes the attorneys fees are expensive but what this does is it prevents people down the road from sueing because hjoe is willing to spend the money to protect us and the company. Most people sue companys because a lot of them it's just easier to settle then fight that makes them a target for the next guy because there history is to settle . Not hjoe they will fight... And good for them it will only end up benefiting all of us and the company in the long run.
