There was a default judgment against CRGP. They're on the hook for 4 million dollars as they failed to defend themselves. This isn't in question.
What we don't know, is if they actually participated in this debacle, or were left so vulnerable they booked it with whatever cash they had left and disappeared (which is a bitch move to shareholders, but doesn't mean they pulled off a scam, which would imply intent from the start).
It isn't ruled out, but there's no way to show this was CRGP's plan from the start. Unlike the peanut gallery over at Ihub, I refuse to pass judgment on something that can't be shown for certain when there are plausible alternative scenarios still at play.
Provide facts rather than deciding you know for certain what took place.
