I think the deadline is the 13th. I believe the 8k said 71 days from Feb 2nd, but either way, I hope its earlier too. This stock is at the stage where ya gotta be on alert everyday, otherwise you could possibly miss out if you forget about it for a couple days. That is what is driving me, and Im sure a lot of other people as well, crazy, over these late filings.
