The problem with that definition is what constitutes "in our best intentions"? That is a very relative term. Relative terms do not usually stand up in court. He can say all day that he was acting in our best interest and we would have to prove that he was willfully and knowingly not. The chairman blogs and the tweets would point otherwise, but those are still up for interpretation. Taking the company private could be construed in a number of ways. Unfortunately Final, he does not give a S&*t. It was and has been all talk for years. Just look at the share price. The proof is in the pudding.
