The reason I asked if anyone knew exactly what the lawsuit was over, was because we have no idea if UMS is wrong or not. For all we know they received a shipment that was damaged and the company who sold it, refused to take it back. Thats a common occurrence in supply chain management and the root of a lot of lawsuits. With out details of the case, we cant really say whether they are responsible or not.
