Exactly and exactly why I think KBM, who is a bad faith party, of that there can be little doubt, would be wise to settle and move along. Going to trial will open a Pandora's Box of illegal or elicit practices which are employed to prey on companies desperately strapped for cash and I do not think a judge would be sympathetic to the ones doing the stalking. A simple cash settlement is wisest for all concerned instead of a long, protracted and possibly expensive legal battle for HJOE.
