Does anyone really believe that Mr. Heddle was blindsided by EcoNav not performing and not purchasing 36 processors for itself and the two customers EcoNav supposedly found?? After over a year, and saying he was so busy working with EcoNav that there wasn't even time for a shareholders' meeting, Mr. Heddle really doesn't know and doesn't bother to find out why the multiple deals fell through??...or does Mr. Heddle just not want to share that information with his "loyal shareholders??" What about the rest of the over two and a half years--does Mr. Heddle really not have any idea what's holding up those sales?? Whether Mr. Heddle is stone cold stupid or dishonest, neither makes a good investment thesis.
Same thing year after year at PTOI--at the beginning of each period of time, investors are told wonderful things are in progress. Investors are left believing that...until the end of each period of time when investors are then told that the wonderful situation at the beginning of the period didn't really happen...but that the situation is fixed and going well for the next period. Production was ramping up for six months in 2013...until six months later investors were told the plant was kaput...but then fixed...until the quarterly reports stated the plant was still broken. At the end of quarters the plastic was rained on...but rectified...then bad plastic was purchased during a quarter which precluded production...but resolved. Full commercial production started in 2010...until a year later PTOI disclosed full commercial production hadn't happened because the processor was being improved in preparation for the massive roll out...which of course never happened. Can anyone see the repeating theme??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
